Terms & Conditions

By booking with Meg, Pippa & Co you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Your contract with Meg, Pippa & Co begins upon booking completion.

Group Classes & 1:1 Sessions

- Keep your dog on a lead unless instructed otherwise.
- Maintain a 6-foot distance from other dogs unless familiar with them. Some dogs may require space due to behavioural issues.
- The use of full-choke collars, prong collars, shock collars, and anti-bark devices is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in removal from class.
- Muzzles are encouraged if needed; ensure they allow for panting, especially in warm weather.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog and ensuring its behaviour and safety at all times.
- Consult us before bringing a bitch in season, as it may not be appropriate.
- You are liable for any veterinary bills, regardless of cause. Meg, Pippa & Co is not responsible for any loss, injury, or death of a pet during training.
- Although we hold Public Liability insurance, we strongly recommend insuring your dog. We may refuse bookings for uninsured animals.
- If Sian, as the sole trainer, is unable to conduct a session due to illness, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not allowed to handle the lead.
- You assume full responsibility for your own safety, that of your dog, and accompanying parties.

We are not liable for vehicle damage or theft.

- If you accompany us during animal transportation, you do so at your own risk.

Group Classes - Payments & Refunds

- Full payment is required upfront to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations will not be held.
- Payment options include a 4-week block, 6-week subscription, or pay-as-you-go. Block bookings are consecutive.
- Missed classes are non-refundable and fees are forfeited.

Training & Behavior 1:1s - Payments & Refunds

- Full payment is required upfront or through a payment plan. Payment plans must be completed in full.
- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before without penalty.
- Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee; no refunds will be given.
- Refunds after the 14-day cooling-off period are not permitted. Within 14 days, a refund minus a £35 admin fee is available unless the service has been used.
- 1:1 packages must be used within 6 months, or they will be forfeited.

Training Walks & Dog Walking

- Provide an emergency contact capable of making decisions for your pet. If unavailable, we may consult a vet and act in the animal's best interest.
- Walks may be shortened due to extreme weather for the safety of all involved.
- While we take steps to secure your home during walks, we are not liable for burglaries or pet-related accidents.

Photos & Social Media

- By participating, you grant Meg, Pippa & Co the irrevocable right to use any photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during sessions for marketing and educational purposes, without compensation.
